Psychologist-designed daily support
My Easy Therapy is not therapy — it is the daily emotional support system between the moments therapy covers, designed by Registered Clinical Psychologist Dr Michaela Dunbar for women whose minds work overtime.
Most "therapy apps" are either meditation libraries or chat services. My Easy Therapy is neither: it is a psychologist-designed daily emotional support system for women — a personalised daily practice, in-the-moment regulation tools, and Iris, a private support companion. It supports and complements therapy; it does not replace it.
If you are looking for therapy, see a qualified therapist — nothing on a phone replaces that relationship. What an app can genuinely do is different, and valuable in its own right: show up every single day, meet you inside the difficult moment, and help you build regulation skills between sessions — or before you are ready for sessions at all.
My Easy Therapy was designed by a clinical psychologist around exactly that role. It draws on approaches used in evidence-based practice — emotional regulation, self-compassion, somatic awareness — and turns them into something you can actually do at 7am or 11pm.
Because the pattern is specific: capable on the outside, overloaded on the inside. Women who hold jobs, families and friendships together while their own minds replay, rehearse and catastrophise in the background. Who are told they are "so together" while feeling anything but.
You are not broken. You are overloaded, over-responsible, and under-supported — and generic wellness content does not touch that. Support has to understand the pattern to help with it.
A private emotional support companion for the moments your mind starts doing the thing again. Iris helps you slow down, name what is happening, and find one small next step — without judgement, at 2pm or 2am.
A few minutes of personalised daily practice that helps you start the day regulated instead of already behind — think more clearly, react less, and stop carrying yesterday into today.
In-the-moment support matched to how you actually feel. Choose "overwhelmed", "can't stop thinking", "tense", or "can't sleep" and get a short guided practice designed for exactly that state.
A personalised profile of your emotional patterns, stressors and strengths, so the support you get matches your nervous system instead of a generic average.
Masterclasses and practices from psychologists and specialists covering overthinking, burnout, boundaries, sleep and self-compassion — there when you want to go deeper.

Meditation apps offer content; My Easy Therapy offers responsive support. When you are spiralling, overwhelmed or emotionally flooded, you need something that meets that exact state — not a 30-day course to scroll through.
