About this masterclass

EMDR is one of the best-researched trauma therapies, and some of its techniques can be safely practised at home. In this hands-on masterclass, EMDR therapist Summer Forlenza teaches the Flash Forward technique: instead of only processing the past, you reduce the charge around challenges coming up in your future — the presentation, the difficult conversation, the thing you've been bracing against.

It's a working session, not a lecture. With a notebook, the workbook and (optionally) a small grounding object, you'll build a "calm place" you can return to, pair it with slow bilateral tapping, and walk through the technique step by step — leaving with a practice you can repeat whenever stress starts to spike.
