Stage 3
The heart of the course: what your emotions are for, why control is an illusion, and how to steady a flooded nervous system instead of fighting it.
Learn to weather the "emotional storm." This session introduces the ACE technique (Acknowledge, Connect, Engage) to help you drop an anchor when you're overwhelmed by intense nuances or workplace stress.

Clear the final hurdles. This session focuses on uncovering the specific self-limiting beliefs and "over-protecting" habits that are hindering your pursuit of fulfillment.
Step into your most fearless self. Through sensory visualization and journaling, you will design your wildest, unapologetic life and set the actionable goalposts to get there.
Cement your fearlessness. Learn the final six tips for rapid transformation, including the power of blind faith, watching your words, and the commitment to stay relentless regardless of challenges.
