So what GIVES? It can feel like an uphill battle at times because you’re more than willing to DO THE WORK.
Fact is… there are just some things, like anxiety, stress, imposter syndrome and low mood, that it’s so difficult to tackle alone.
Sometimes, you need a little more support to step into a life you love.
That’s why I’m here.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist who has dedicated herself to supporting women worldwide break free from struggles with difficult emotions, self love, anxiety, overthinking, and depression, and confidently step into an awesome life, career, or relationship they actually love.

I do this by sharing seemingly complex psychological concepts in an easily accessible, no BS, understandable and actionable way through one-to-one therapy, and online courses!
If I’m not in my therapy room delivering a coaching or therapy session (on zoom, cheers covid) you can find me driving through London rapping along to 2Pac on my way to barre class (like ballet but for those of us that hate the gym and want to do something more fun to get toned)….

Why My Easy Therapy?
Growing up I didn’t know that I had social anxiety. I just knew that when I was in a group my heart would race, I would basically become mute, I would get stuck in my head, and I would lose my smile immediately.
I just knew that my brain told me “if you speak, you’re going to say something ridiculous, and people will think you’re ridiculous”.
I just knew that when other girls said “oh she doesn’t speak to anyone because she thinks she’s ‘too nice’” (that’s South London shade btw), I went along with it because I didn’t have the language to explain what was actually going on.
If I knew what anxiety was as a 7 year old I wouldn’t have hated my swimming lessons.
If I knew what anxiety was as a 15 year old I would have spoken up more and told those girls, actually no, I think you’re quite cool, I just get anxious at times.
If I knew I had anxiety at 21 I wouldn’t have put my daily stomach aches at work down to eating brown bread lol.

The list could go on and yes I missed out on a few things growing up because of this. BUT what does a girl with anxiety that doesn’t know she has anxiety do?
She trains for 6 years to become a psychologist to help other people get rid of their anxiety and ends up helping 100s of people (men, women, and children) overcome their anxiety and step into a life they actually love.
I started My Easy Therapy because I wanted to make therapy open and accessible. I felt a strong desire to change the dated perception of therapy and start to chip away at the stigma around mental health. By making complicated concepts easy to understand and putting them in reach, I can help you clear the fog that’s in the way.
Everyone deserves to have a life they love, and I feel strongly about making that happen. It’s my role to work with you to understand and manage the thoughts that are holding you back. You might not have considered therapy before, or thought you could take on your emotions alone, but with my help you don’t have to.

What do I believe?
- Everyone has mental health, and it needs the same care that we’re taught to give to our bodies.
- Self love is not just for the very lucky. It’s your absolute birth-right and totally possible as long as you know how.

My approach is unique and you definitely won’t hear any jargon from me. Save that for the books. I’m not here to show you the complexity behind therapy, I’m here to make it work for you by applying evidence-based interventions and theories in the right way.
My favourite thing about my work is seeing the clouds lift for clients as they work towards a life they love and deserve, especially when it seemed so out of reach.
