Although your colleagues appreciate the results of your hard work, they rarely see is the journey that you’ve taken to get there which might make you feel under-appreciated.
They don’t see the times that you stress, overthink and doubt your abilities. This might not be a problem all the time but when it happens it sends you in a spin..

Not being able to control the overthinking feels like a constant chore and takes up way too much precious energy and time that you could be using elsewhere.
I can often make you feel out of control and lost, and that sends you into yet another thinking spiral… it’s a vicious circle!
My name is Michaela and I’m here to help you to break that pattern and make the change that you need and kick that overthinking to the kerb.

It takes practice but is not as hard as it sounds – every single time you notice that you’ve been distracted by random thoughts, try and bring your attention back to the present moment.
