Your overthinking is definitely blocking your success!!

And if I’m right – it’s probably already causing you headaches in multiple other areas of your life.

From your answers, I know that you work hard both in your professional life and your relationships -because you care so much. You take pride in everything that you do and you get great results (although you know you can do better!); to everyone around you it looks like you’re doing a  fantastic job. 👏

But here’s the thing – it might you look like you’ve got it together from the outside – you know the truth! What your friends and family don’t see is what’s happening inside!  All the stress and worry (not to mention all that thinking) you go through just to get the job done make it through in one piece!

Sometimes you analyse each and every detail so much that it stops you from thinking at all and then the anxiety and stress kicks in – girl I hear you.

Am I good enough? Does my boss like me ? Did I say the right thing? Did I even manage wear the right shade of lipstick for work today? 🤦

Am I right?

Overthinking is the ultimate self-sabotage and constantly fighting your thoughts makes you feel like you have done ten rounds with Mike Tyson!

Not being able to control the over thinking feels like a constant chore and takes up way too much precious energy and time that you could be using elsewhere.

It can often make you feel out of control and lost and that send you into yet another thinking spiral.. it’s a vicious circle!

My name is Michaela and I’m here to help you to break that pattern and make the change that you need and kick that overthinking to the kerb.

The first thing I want you do, right now, is simply to decide that enough is enough.. it’s time to make a change.

OK, so first things first.

How would it feel to silence that annoying that little voice in your head, stop blocking your success and finally get out of your own way?

Let me tell you about Parris, who did exactly that – she was able to free herself using my simple techniques. Her view on life has completely changed; she’s putting in the effort and reaping the rewards step by step.

“In all the years of reading self-help books and going to therapy, I’ve never seen what you said told so simply and in a way that is easy to understand. I feel free now! Free to feel all my emotions and not feel like I’m not making any progress. It’s changing my point of view on my life on a very deep, fundamental level. I take it slowly, step by step, but I can already see that it’s worth the effort”.

Another amazing client now has less anxiety and fewer critical thoughts. And when she is faced with those thoughts and feelings, she now has the knowledge and tools to deal with them without falling into a deeper depression or anxious state.

That is exactly what I want for you.

BUT Who am I to be telling you all of this?!

My name is Dr Michaela Dunbar, and I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, which means I am trained to doctoral level (fancy, right!) I have worked with all kinds of clients, from all sorts of backgrounds (newsflash – this stuff affects us all!)  and with all sorts of problems (OCD), panic attacks/anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-harm, chronic pain, chronic fatigue…

That all might sound a bit high brow, but all it means is that I know what I’m talking about – which is how to help ambitious women like you break free from struggles with self-love, difficult emotions, anxiety, overthinking, and depression. I’ve dedicated my life to helping them break free from anxiety & step confidently into a life they love

I should probably also let you know that I’m an RnB loving, hip hop dancing, bottomless brunch obsessive!

So what now?

You can take actions RIGHT NOW with these three proven techniques to try to help you beat those overthinking demons:

^

Mindfulness

It takes practice but is not as hard as it sounds – every single time you notice that you’ve been distracted by random thoughts, try and bring your attention back to the present moment.

^

Time-Boxing

This technique teaches you how to successfully postpone your overthinking to a particular period (when you have the time and mental capacity to think things through properly in a structured way).

^

Create Real Solutions

Think through your worries to create the solutions you need, ensure your problem solving rather than letting those overthinking thoughts run wild.

I teach all these techniques and more in the first Phase of the Over-thinking toolkit – my no-fluff programme that gets you out of your head and into your life in a matter of weeks.
