However, just like most of us – every now and then you might start thinking “am I doing the right thing” and “can I really do this”?

I know your confidence is amazing, but I also know that sometimes the overthinking truck can knock you for six!
It takes you by surprise and you may struggle to know how to get back up. These random thoughts of fear and anxiety could sabotage your success (even in the short term) from moving from where you are to where you deserve to be.

My name is Dr Michaela Dunbar, and I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, which means I am trained to doctoral level (fancy, right!) I have worked with all kinds of clients, from all sorts of backgrounds (newsflash – this stuff affects us all!) and with all sorts of struggles (OCD), panic attacks/anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-harm, chronic pain, chronic fatigue…
That all might sound a bit high brow, but all it means is that I know what I’m talking about – which is how to help ambitious women like you break free from struggles with self-love, difficult emotions, anxiety, overthinking, and depression.
